Rockhampton Regional Council provides a free caravan waste dump point from Gracemere (10 minutes west of Rockhampton) located at the Cedric Archer Park, along Fisher Street. The dump point is open 24/7* and provides ample parking for large vehicles.

Approaching from Rockhampton (via Capricorn Highway Highway/A4)

  1. Turn left into McLaughlin Street from the Capricorn Highway, just before Gracemere ShoppingWorld
  2. Follow until you get to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Lawrie Street
  3. Turn right into Russell Street
  4. Continue to the end of Russell Street until you reach Fisher Street. Drive into the driveway straight ahead. The dump point will be located ahead, well signed.

Approaching from the west (via Capricorn Highway Highway/A4)

  1. Turn right into McLaughlin Street from the Capricorn Highway
  2. Follow until you get to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Lawrie Street
  3. Turn right into Russel StreetTake the first left as you enter the carpark of the Rockhampton Heritage Village - the Dump Point is well signed at this turn off
  4. Continue to the end of Russell Street until you reach Fisher Street. Drive into the driveway straight ahead. The dump point will be located ahead, well signed.

Departing Cedric Archer Park

  1. Exit the parking lot and continue straight along Russell Street
  2. Turn left onto Lawrie Street
  3. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit to McLaughlin Street
  4. Follow McLaughlin Street to rejoin the Capricorn Highway in either direction.
