Some stories begin in a garage. This one began in the pubs of Rockhampton.
20 years ago, two mates started playing local venues across Central Queensland. Today, Busby Marou are one of Australia's most celebrated music duos, but their journey has never lost sight of where it all started.
Now, they're coming home to Rockhampton to celebrate an incredible milestone with a special series of shows marking 20 years of Busby Marou, and there's no better place to be part of it than where it all started.
Over two decades, the duo have earned gold and platinum records, multiple awards, five ARIA Top 5 albums, including a #1 record, and amassed millions of streams. They've shared stages with global icons including Elton John, Dolly Parton and Alan Jackson, winning fans across the country with their unmistakable blend of storytelling, heart and unmistakably Australian sound.
