Did you know Rockhampton has not one but three free caravan waste dump points in the region.
Located in North Rockhampton, South Rockhampton and Gracemere, these free dump points offer a place for caravan users to dispose of their grey and black water, as well as sewage waste. It is the most environmentally friendly method of emptying waste from your caravan.
Free Camping at Kershaw Gardens
Conveniently close to nearby shopping centre and surrounded by greenery, Kershaw Gardens offers a great place for caravanners to stop, see and stay for up to 48 hours for free.
The free camping site is located on the High Street entrance to the gardens, via the roundabout.
Please note: Your vehicle must be self contained that your vehicle must allow you to wholly contain and store:
- All 'Great Water' you generate
- All 'Black Water' you generate
- All rubbish you generate
